2. Acceptance

By accessing novre.in or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

3. Products

All products sold on novre.in are BIS certified electrical goods. Product images are representative; actual finish and colour may vary slightly due to screen calibration. Finish (Matte Obsidian, Brushed Champagne, Deep Slate) is a display feature and does not affect product pricing or specification.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (MRP incl. GST). We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. The price at time of order placement is the binding price for that transaction.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept payments via the Cashfree payment gateway. A partial advance of 35% is required for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders; the balance is payable at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery

We deliver pan-India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. 15-Year Guarantee

Every Novre product carries a 15-year manufacturing defect guarantee from the date of purchase. Claims are processed directly by us — no dealer involvement. To raise a claim, WhatsApp a photograph of the defective product to +91 95100 00130. Verified claims receive a free replacement within 48 hours.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on novre.in including brand name, logo, product photography, and copy is the exclusive property of Joulemart Ecomtech Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products beyond their intended electrical purpose.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
