Question 1

How do I get this installed?

Accepted Answer

It fits into a standard 2M modular frame and connects to your fan's existing wiring in place of your current regulator. We recommend a licensed electrician handle the wiring, which takes about ten minutes.

Question 2

Is this regulator safe for daily use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It's BIS certified and built with fire-retardant PC+ABS housing. Step regulators like this one switch between fixed resistance levels rather than dimming continuously, which keeps heat buildup lower than older rheostat-style regulators.

Question 3

What does the 15-year guarantee cover?

Accepted Answer

Any failure in the switching mechanism over 15 years from purchase. WhatsApp us a photo of the issue and we'll dispatch a free replacement within 48 hours, no receipt needed.

Question 4

Will this fit my switchboard?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it needs a 2-module (2M) opening on any standard Indian modular frame.

Question 5

What's the build material and finish?

Accepted Answer

Fire-retardant PC+ABS housing, finished in matte Lunar White to match the rest of the range.

Question 6

What fan sizes does this support?

Accepted Answer

Rated for ceiling fans up to 120W across 5 speed steps, giving smoother control than a 4-step regulator. It suits most standard and larger ceiling fans.
