Question 1

How do I install this socket?

Accepted Answer

It fits into a standard 1M modular frame and connects to your existing wiring, same as any switch module. Since it involves live connections, we recommend a licensed electrician handle the wiring, which usually takes a few minutes.

Question 2

Is charging directly from the wall safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The socket is BIS certified under IS:3854, with internal circuitry designed to regulate output and prevent overcharging, housed in fire-retardant PC+ABS. It's built to the same safety standard as our switches and sockets.

Question 3

What does the 15-year warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Any failure in the charging mechanism or housing over 15 years from purchase. Send a WhatsApp photo of the issue and we dispatch a free replacement within 48 hours, no receipt required.

Question 4

Will this fit my existing board?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you have a free 1-module (1M) opening on a standard Indian modular frame.

Question 5

What's the finish and build material?

Accepted Answer

Fire-retardant PC+ABS housing in matte Lunar White, matching the rest of our switch and socket range.

Question 6

What's the charging output and is it fast enough for modern phones?

Accepted Answer

It delivers up to 3 amps, enough to charge most phones at a normal to fast pace without a separate adapter. It's not designed for tablets or devices that need higher wattage fast-charging.
